3. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be confirmed in advance.
Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or credit/debit card.
Full payment is required upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours before the appointment incur no charge.
Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a £30 cancellation fee.
5. Service Guarantee & Liability
We guarantee our workmanship for 12 months from the service date.
If issues arise within this period due to faulty installation, we will fix them free of charge.
We are not responsible for external factors such as bad weather or interference affecting signal reception.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You must ensure our team has clear access to your property on the scheduled date.
You agree to provide accurate information about your requirements before booking.
